Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from 20thCUBE.store. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we offer free replacements or refunds under these conditions:

Eligibility: You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return or request a refund. The item must be in unused condition. Please provide a video showing the item’s condition as proof (e.g. an unboxing or demonstration) when you contact us. This video evidence helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.

Process: To start a return, email support@20thcube.store with your order number, photos/video of the item, and a brief description of the problem. We will review and, if approved, provide you with a return shipping label or instructions. Please follow any instructions carefully.

Refund/Replacement: If an item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer either a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, at no extra cost. For partial damage or minor defects, we may offer a partial refund or replacement of the missing part. If you simply change your mind, returned items must be unopened and unused; otherwise no refund is given.

Shipping Damage: If your package was damaged in transit, please save all packaging and provide video/photos of the damage. We will coordinate with our service provider to file a claim and arrange a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene or customization reasons, certain items (e.g. earrings, Face masks, made-to-order PoD products) may not be returnable once opened or worn. We will note any such restrictions on the product page.

International Returns: If you are outside the USA, return shipping may be expensive. In many cases we will ask for video evidence first and may offer a refund or resend without requiring the item back.
